How shop pickup works

- We pack your order and message you when it's ready, usually within 1–2 working days.
- Collect at a time that suits you during opening hours. Bring your order number.

Pickup questions
Do I need an appointment to visit the shop?
We recommend booking ahead on WhatsApp so we can have your order or the pieces you'd like to see ready. Pickup is free for orders placed online.
How will I know my order is ready for pickup?
We'll send you a WhatsApp message and SMS when your order is packed and ready, with the shop address and a map link.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Send us their name and phone number, and they'll show the order number when collecting.
Can I pay at the shop?
M-Pesa payment at pickup can be arranged for confirmed orders. Online checkout will be the main way to pay once it opens.
